You have 30 days from the date of delivery to lodge and return your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. 

If your return does not comply with these conditions your item/s will not be accepted and returned to you at your cost. If any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, a partial refund will only be granted. Any amount refunded or credited in accordance with the above will be less any original shipping charges.

To lodge a return:

1. Please send your returned item to Hector Kilgore - PO Box 24, REDBANK, QLD 4301, Australia and reference your original HK order number. You can submit this through your local Australia Post Centre. We recommend using a tracking number as lost returned parcels are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Once submitted, please send us an email at with your original proof of purchase and your parcel's tracking number.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will automatically be applied to your original payment method and processed within 2 business days

Late or missing refunds

Due to bank processing times, please allow an additional 2-3 business days for the credit to appear in your account. If the refund has not appeared in your account after this time period, please contact your banking institution. If you're still having issues, please contact us at

Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for a refund or store credit. 

Incorrect or Faulty Items

All items are quality controlled before dispatch but if you receive an item that is not right, please contact us via within 2 business days of delivery. Please include your HK order number and a photo of the fault. We will respond as soon as possible with a solution. If the item is deemed faulty we will organise a repair or replacement. If the item cannot be repaired and a replacement is not available, a refund will be offered.

Please note: Items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; failure to use in accordance with our care instructions; or through misuse will not be considered faulty and are therefore not eligible for an exchange or refund.


Dispatch Timeframes

Orders placed before 2pm AEST will be dispatched by COB the next business day. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will be processed within 24 hours on the next business day. Please allow additional 2 business days for dispatch during sale periods.

Once your order has left our warehouse, any delays caused are outside our control and we cannot be held responsible. Hector Kilgore will take care to appropriately pack all orders, but will not be held liable for any damage once the parcel has left our warehouse.
